Fees & charges

Bill assistance

If you are unable to pay your bill, or have a problem with your bill please follow the relevant steps online at missed payments or contact us on 1300 803 803. If you have a concern or complaint about a bill, we would like to hear from you. Please refer to our customer complaints section on our website.

Restricting water services

In circumstances such as non- of water bills, we may restrict the flow of water to your property. In serious cases we may also disconnect your premises from the water main. Any restrictions or disconnections to service will be subject to specified safeguards. For more information please go to clause 6.2 of the customer contract.

Concession holders

If you are an eligible concession holder you are entitled to a discount on our water services. Please go to concessions to find out more and get updates on any available Government rebates.

Payment Details

Your payment will be deducted monthly via direct debit through the nominated credit card (Visa and MasterCards incur merchant processing fees of 1.25%), or Australian bank account.

If your property manager is not licensed (under the Property Stock and Business agents Act 2002 (NSW)), or you do not have a management agency agreement in place, then you must set up a direct debit.

Electronic Signature

By signing and or providing us with a valid instruction in relation to your method of payment, you are taken to have understood, acknowledged and agreed to the Terms and Conditions governing the payment arrangements between you and Water as set out in this request and in our Customer Contract.

In relation to Direct Debit, you:

  • Acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions governing the debit arrangements as set out in this request and in the Direct Debit Request Agreement.
  • Authorise Flow Systems Pty Ltd, User Id 416157 & ABN 28 136 272 298 to arrange, through its own financial institution, a debit to your nominated account any amount payable to Water under the Customer Contract.
  • This debit or charge will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) from your account held at the financial institution you have nominated and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Direct Debit Request Agreement.
